ZEISS CMMs
By 2006, Western Metrology had developed a great reputation supporting ZEISS and it's customers. Carl Zeiss Industrial Metrology, LLC was looking for a new distributor in Oregon and Washington for it's line of industrial measurement equipment (CMMs) and approached us to take on the line. We were a little reluctant because we were a metrology service company. Even though we hadn't worked in Sales directly, we had provided extensive sales application support to Carl Zeiss Industrial Metrology, LLC and its distributor. We decided to accept the invitation.
Our first year as the Oregon and Washington distributor realized record ZEISS CMM sales for the territory and it was obviously a match meant to be. We have continued to break our own records and have even managed to break some national ones. We attribute the fact that we focus on our customer's needs as the key to our success.
